We recruit friendly and enthusiastic staff who take time to understand your needs and know the importance of every parcel right from picking the order to delivering it to your door. We are flexible and creative when responding to customer requests, offering a range of support services in addition to home delivery.

Free - our service is provided at no cost to you; we process orders, customise product and deliver at no charge. This includes fitting flanges, filters, ties and clamps. We will cut stoma pouches to templates, even half boxes if required to allow for changes post operatively or due to infection or inflammation.

Sample Service - being impartial, we can offer continence and stoma samples from every manufacturer, giving you  a wide of products to try with just one phone call and without the inconvenience of changing delivery company if you like the product.

Disposal bags and wipes - are an option with every order. The high quality accessories are complimentary -  we recognise the importance of good hygiene as well as clean and safe removal of medical waste.

Patient support groups - throughout the year we help organise and help local nurses run patient support groups.
