It is imperative that we provide a first class delivery service and work hard to ensure we stay the best in the country.

We recruit friendly, enthusiastic staff who take the time to understand your needs and understand the importance of every parcel from picking the order through to delivering it to your door. Our staff are trained to be patient and flexible when responding to your requests and are able to offer a range of support services in addition to home delivery.

What does our service include?

Our service is completely free for our customers. We process orders, customise products and deliver to you at no charge. This includes fitting flanges, filters, ties and clamps to stoma pouches and the cutting of flanges to template size, even half boxes if required, to allow for changes after an operation or due to infection or inflammation.

We are here to help you, whatever your reason to call, six days a week.

Patient Support Groups and Open Days

Throughout the course of a year we attend, help organise and run various events. Some of these may be open days at local hospitals or events to celebrate the opening of a new Care Centre.

We also help local nurses run Patient Support Groups. Patients are able to speak to the experts, meet other people with the same, or similar needs and find out more information on any subjects which they may be concerned about. We run several of these per year.
